I've put together a few resources to help you get started, take a look and make notes of any questions. And, when you're ready, let me know using the form below, and we'll get started!

  • Prequalification

I know it's tempting to jump right in and start searching, and that's fine. But, it helps if you know where to look.

Getting prequalified not only gives you a budget to work with, it'll help to speed the process when it's time to make an offer. An offer on a house from a home buyer with approved funding carries a lot more weight than an offer from someone who doesn't know if they can get the loan.

  • Find your new neighborhood

Now that you've got a number to work with, we can narrow our search down to a specific area. Whether it's a specific street, or the middle of nowhere, having an idea about the community you want to join will make finding your new home easier.

    Think about things like:

    • What is there to do nearby?
    • What school zone do you want to put the kids in?
    • Do you want a water system or well water?
    • How close are your neighbors?
    • How much yard can you manage?
    • Do you want room for pets?

The list goes on and on, but at the end of the day, it's about finding what's right for you.

  • Make an offer
